HUMAN SCHOOL

The aim of the HUMAN SCHOOL project is to find ways of improving our education model, by focusing on the human at the centre of the systems.

HUMAN SCHOOL is working to create a more fulfilling educational model for students and teachers. Not only through its teaching, but also in the management of its human resources, by considering that the role of the organisation is also to take care of those who accompany children on a daily basis.

To achieve this, we are working on a variety of solutions:

👉 The creation of a school, INTERNATIONAL HUMAN SCHOOL , enabling the modelling of an educational system that can be transposed to existing schools.

👉 The creation of training courses for education professionals to develop practical tools to deals with teachers' issues and well-being in the workplace.

Finally, HUMAN SCHOOL is rooted in a collaborative working approach that aims to enrich the project by mobilising the expertise of experienced partners in the field of education.
